By accessing or using Masidy AI Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Masidy Inc. and is intended for lawful use only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or malicious code
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining on shared compute resources
• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code, content, and data you deploy on Masidy AI Cloud. We do not claim ownership of your materials. The Masidy name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Masidy Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masidy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
